Welcome to ApptiveSoft. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully, as they govern your rights, responsibilities, and relationship with ApptiveSoft.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By using ApptiveSoft’s website or engaging with our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
   If you do not agree, you may not access or use any part of our platform or services.

2. Use of Services
   ApptiveSoft provides web development, mobile app development, UI/UX design, SaaS development, and other digital services. You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes.

Prohibited Use Includes (but is not limited to):
• Engaging in illegal activities.
• Attempting to access or interfere with ApptiveSoft’s systems without authorization.
• Uploading malicious files, viruses, or harmful content.
• Using our platform to harass, defame, or harm individuals or businesses.

ApptiveSoft reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access if prohibited activities are detected.

3. Client Responsibilities
   To ensure smooth execution of projects, clients agree to:
   • Provide accurate information, content, and requirements on time.
   • Review and approve deliverables promptly to avoid project delays.
   • Ensure that any materials provided (text, images, logos, data) do not violate copyright or third-party rights.

ApptiveSoft is not responsible for project delays caused by incomplete or late client inputs.

4. Intellectual Property
   Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
   • All code, designs, content, and deliverables created by ApptiveSoft remain our intellectual property until full payment is received.
   • After full payment, ApptiveSoft grants the client a non-exclusive license to use the final deliverables for their business.
   • ApptiveSoft may showcase non-confidential work in its portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

5. Payments & Refunds
   • All invoices must be paid as per the agreed payment schedule.
   • Delayed payments may pause project progress or attract penalties.
   • Refunds are not issued for services already initiated or completed, except where required by law.
   • Upfront payments and advance fees are non-refundable.

6. Confidentiality
   Both parties agree to protect and not disclose confidential information, documents, or data shared during the project.
   This obligation continues even after project completion.

7. Third-Party Services & Integrations
   ApptiveSoft may use third-party tools, APIs, plugins, or services. We are not responsible for:
   • Downtime, errors, or failures caused by third-party platforms.
   • Changes made by external services that affect project functionality.

8. Limitation of Liability
   ApptiveSoft is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:
   • Use or inability to use our services.
   • Business losses, revenue drops, or data issues unrelated to our direct actions.
   • Issues caused by third-party providers or client-side errors.

Our total liability will never exceed the amount paid by the client for the service.

9. Revisions & Scope Changes
   Scope changes requested after project commencement may incur additional costs and extended timelines.
   All revisions will follow the limits defined in the project agreement or proposal.

10. Termination
    Either party may terminate a project or engagement with written notice.
    If the client terminates early:
    • All completed work must be paid for.
    • Advance payments will not be refunded.

ApptiveSoft may terminate engagements for violations of these Terms.

11. Governing Law
    These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will follow applicable Indian jurisdiction.

12. Updates to Terms
    ApptiveSoft may update these Terms periodically.
    Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
